She has a passion for nonprofits and has a desire to enrich people's lives through science. When not being a stellar member of our office, you can usually find her pursuing her hobbies of photography, cooking, yoga, hiking, and traveling. She is a proud cat mom and a volunteer for Pet Angels Rescue.

She joined the KOB team in January 2018 and has a strong passion for reaching as many communities as she can to expand the education regarding recycling. When she isn’t in the office you can find her showering her sweet baby boy with kisses, going on dinner dates with her husband or chasing her crazy cat around the house. Having lived in Oklahoma City for only two years Shavara finds herself in love with this charming city, the amazing Thunder fans and the diverse selection of amazing restaurants. Shavara has lived in over seven states from birth until adulthood and  has been quick to feel at home in this beautiful state. She hopes to empower as many people as she can to preserve the natural beauty of this great state.
